Malta (.mt): You do not need a local contact in Malta to register a .com.mt or .org.mt domain name. Registration directly under .MT is not allowed, registrations are available under .com.mt for commercial companies or .org.mt for organisations that operate under a non-profit basis (charities or foundations).
