Germany (.de): You need to have a local contact in Germany to register a .de domain name. If you don't have a local contact, we may be able to provide you with one, please enquire about this. There are also very specific requirements regarding the name servers used with the desired domain name. The name servers must be set up in advance of applying for the domain name, and there are specific demands on the zone files configuration for the name.
